Overview
  • Context: Xceed Biopharma (Coimbatore) needed a narrative website while the facility was still in ideation/regulatory review—something evocative yet compliant for investor and talent conversations.

  • Objective: Use motion as meaning (not decor) to translate complex pharma processes—R&D → scale-up → injectables—into a clear, compelling, scroll-based journey.
    ‍
  • Motion Language:
    • Brownian particles to suggest molecular behavior and sterile environments.
    • DNA helix morphs (SVG) to symbolize discovery → development.
    • Injectables flow micro-animations to communicate formulation → fill-finish.

  • Visual System: Art-directed concept imagery (Midjourney/DALL·E) retouched for consistency; a restrained palette and lab-grade typography to signal precision and trust.

  • Interaction & Performance: Smooth scroll transitions; depth/parallax layering for spatial cues; SVG morphing and lightweight Lottie for fidelity; media lazy-load and GPU-friendly effects to keep FPS stable.
