Overview

Vision: Athen is not just another automation tool — it’s a new interaction paradigm. Inspired by large language models, the goal is to create a digital co-pilot that understands context, executes tasks across applications, and learns continuously.

Research & Discovery:

Conducted market and competitor research to benchmark against automation tools (e.g., gumloop, manus.ai, n8n ) and identify unmet opportunities.
Explored LLM and ML orchestration to validate feasibility of contextual memory, task chaining, and prompt reliability.

User-Centered Design:

Built personas and journeys for freelancers, enterprises, and knowledge workers to highlight where automation saves time and reduces friction.
Mapped workflows where conversational AI can replace manual, multi-step processes with a single dialogue.

Design Process:

Wireframes & Prototypes for conversational task building, agent transparency, and error recovery.
Designed flows balancing user control with the “magic” of automation.
Experimented with visualizing AI reasoning — making complex orchestration understandable without clutter.

Future Roadmap:

Multi-agent collaboration for parallel task execution.
Self-healing workflows that adapt when APIs break or steps fail.
Adaptive UI tuned for different user archetypes (novice vs power users).

Impact (Vision): Still in development, Athen represents my exploration into designing human–AI collaboration. It’s both a sandbox and a venture experiment — blending UX craft, product strategy, and AI research to shape how the next generation will interact with computers.
